State Wushu Championship: Sports council academy players bag 6 medals

The players representing Srinagar Wushu Academy of J&K State Sports Council bagged six medals in the J&K State Wushu championship that was held in Jammu.

The academy players bagged four gold and two bronze medals in the event. Only two out of eight players fielded by academy failed to win medal in the event.

In girls category Munazah, Ansa Chisti,Tabish won gold medals while as in boys category Arshiq Latief won gold. Imran Yousuf and Tanzeel won bronze medals. Academy coach Asif Hussain that it is another accolade added in the achievements of the academy as earlier academy players Junaid and Munazah bagged medals in Wushu national School games.
