Srinagar, Sept 03: Incessant rainfall triggered a breach in the flood channel at Khushipora Teilbal in Hazratbal area on the outskirts of Srinagar, leaving houses and roads inundated and causing distress to the local population.
The sudden flow submerged several houses, lanes and the main road. The families have reportedly moved their belongings to higher ground.
