Kashmir’s water mills: a tradition on the brink | GKTV Report

Traditional Kashmiri water mills are gradually fading due to the advent of modern power mills. However, a few such mills continue to operate in far-flung and remote villages. People who bring their grains for grinding say the flour produced here is healthier and purer than that of power mills.
