Security forces on Monday arrested a Jaish-e-Muhammad militancy in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A police official identified him as Hilal Ahmad son of AliMuhamad Mir of Panzoo village of Verinag.
“The militant has been arrested in Verinag area and furtherinvestigations are on,” said the official.
