Jammu, Dec 28: The PHE Employees United Front (PHEEUF) will hold a day-long protest demonstration in the office premises of Chief Engineer Jal Shakti (PHE) department, Jal Bhawan Narwal, Jammu, on Monday.
PHEEUF leaders, while announcing it on Sunday, stated that the decision was aimed at registering a protest against the PHE administration, which, they alleged, “miserably failed to solve the demands of both the permanent employees and daily wagers, mainly regularisation (of daily wagers) and conducting DPC meeting regarding promotion of the employees.”
The senior leaders of the employees Rajesh Jamwal, Balwader Raj, Muhammad Mushtaq, Bakshi Singh, Subhash Verma and Kartar Chand Dubey, appealed to the employees to reach the venue on Monday, December 29, 2025, in large numbers at 11 am to make the demonstration successful.
